Wish You Were Beer – Denver, CO (Dec 2021 - Oct 2023)

As part of my real estate portfolio, this beer-themed short-term rental in Denver was a standout project showcasing my expertise in design, branding, and business automation. I led the entire process—from property acquisition to creating a unique short-term rental brand that generated multiple revenue streams beyond traditional lodging. This included merchandise sales, affiliate marketing, and upselling services to enhance the guest experience.

Through strategic marketing and innovative management, the property became more than just a rental; it was a destination that built brand loyalty and attracted a strong online following. The project culminated in the profitable sale of the property, doubling the initial investment and helping me assist numerous clients in building their own passive income portfolios.
